Each season of the year has its charms in this little cozy place. Since it is located in the heart of Dalmatia, it gives you excellent access to many attractions throughout Dalmatia.

Dalmatia is full of natural beauties, so you can always find something for everyone. Since you are already in Dalmatia, it would be a shame not to take advantage of its charms and visit some of the following places.
Omis
When entering the town of Omis, the first thing you will notice is that the river Cetina flows into the sea! A city that offers breathtaking views that definitely need to be captured in your holiday photos. The town of Omis has an interesting history that includes dangerous and powerful pirates. And besides the above-mentioned, you can always find Dalmatian music, great taverns and bars which makes it a great choice to explore. Who knows, maybe while exploring you will come across dangerous Omis pirates.
Makarska and Biokovo
Makarska and its riviera offer beautiful pebble beaches that are near our small village Medići. You can always explore some of them and enjoy the natural beauty of this Riviera, you just need to get in the car (or in the bus) and head south. Nearby is the Nature Park Biokovo, so for those looking for adventure and adrenaline, Biokovo is a great choice!
Split and Salona
The story of Split is already 17 centuries old, dating to the time the Roman Emperor Diocletian decided to build his Palace right on the peninsula near the great Roman city Salona, where he wanted to spend the last years of his life. During these 1700 years, the Palace slowly turned into a city, which to this day lures with its rich tradition, glorious history and beauty of its natural and cultural heritage.
Diocletian Palace and the entire historical core of Split have been on the World Heritage UNESCO list ever since 1979, and not only for the extraordinary preservation of the Palace but also because of the Palace and its city (or the city and its Palace, if you like) continue to live a full life. All historical layers from the old Rome, middle ages till today are still visible and alive in this structure. A walk through the ancient city takes you through time, along the great examples of ancient architecture like Peristyle, the middle-aged Romanesque Church and Gothic Palace, Renaissance portals of the noblemen’s houses, Baroque facades and modern architecture superbly merged in the rich heritage.
Vruja bay
Bay is situated halfway between Omis and Makarska. And at the foot of the mountain Biokovo is a beautiful beach. Near the beach is the underwater source of the Cetina River, and this bay is an ideal place to cool off in the hot summer days. According to a local legend, there is a sunken city Pelegrin whose bells are heard in stormy nights.
Bay can be easily reached by boats, and it is a favorite destination for tourist ships that sails from Omis or Mimice. Beach in Vruja is truly beautiful, and it is one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole Adriatic. There is a well on the beach with the natural spring water from the river Cetina. Here you will find meditating tranquillity, and untouched nature.
